We recently had our two garage doors and openers repaired and serviced by Precision. The "appointment confirmation" email we received was an excellent touch. The email confirmed the appointment date and time along with a photo of the technician, Rick. In fact, he even called on his way to our home. The service was excellent. Rick was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We would certainly recommend Precision to any of our friends and family. Great job from the initial phone call until the follow up email after the appointment. Thanks!
