I am very satisfied with the service I received this morning. The representative called first to ensure it was okay to come a little earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He also gave excellent advice on the upkeep of the garage door motor which was well appreciated!

Unfortunately they only have a maximum of five stars. The service provided by their technician, Treston, was absolutely excellent. He's a perfectionist. Not only he worked to get my garage door back to functioning, he also did additional adjustments, straightening and lubrication to leave the 25 year-old door like new. Today, Sunday, May 17th, my garage door was stuck open after I got home from running an errand. It was higher on one side than the other and wouldn't close. I called Precision Door Service of Memphis and scheduled an emergency service appointment. I spoke with Gabby, who was extremely helpful, kind, and promptly scheduled my appointment. I thought I would have to wait until Monday morning, but Gabby put on their schedule with a time of 6pm-8pm today, which was a relief. To my surprise, I got a call from Tyler K. with Precision Door Service at 4pm. He had just finished a job early and asked if I'd mind him coming to take care of my appointment early. That was the best news! When Tyler arrived, he was the most courteous and professional service person I've had in a very long time. He was able to look at my door and diagnose the problem, and he got to work on it. It was determined that one of my cables was damaged and needed to be replaced. He had to loosen the spring before replacing the cable which he did pretty fast. Afterwards, he adjusted my garage door and had it working better than it had ever worked before. From the first day I moved into my home back in 2001, there was a bit of a gap at the bottom of the door on one side and I could see outside lighting on that side of the garage when the door was closed. I thought it was normal, but after Tyler adjusted it, I can say that for the first time no light can be seen underneath my garage door. He made it better than it's ever been. I can't say enough good things about Tyler and the folks at Precision Door Service. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about garage door repairs.
