Hello PDS Thanks for everything that you do as a service provider! Our cable popped on our garage & this is during the time we're dealing with snow & ice. Shane arrived right on time, was very courteous, & after I decided what I wanted, went right to work. Since the first set of springs we had to have changed lasted 8 years & the second set (lower strength from a different company) only lasted 6 years, I decided to go with a complete replacement of all moving parts (NOT including door & opener), with the lifetime warranty, as we plan on being here until the end. Very efficient & job well done. Sounds like a new door again! I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.
