We discovered a broken spring on our garage door on Saturday at 2 pm. Precision had someone come out at 6 pm! During a heavy downpour! The technician arrived on time, explained the service, gave us options and was done quickly. The service from Precision was certainly 5 star.

As always, Precision makes garage door repair easy. From making an appointment over the phone, emailed appointment reminder, to reliable uniformed technicians, to payment ... a smooth operation. Adam tightened up the chain on our garage door opener and went over what he did. Same with their gate technicians.Great company with great people. Don't hesitate to call them.

All I can say is that, they are great at what they do. Their rates were way better than I thought, and I had no problem with dishing out money to pay them. After speaking to other companies that did the same work, Precisions rates were way lower. I'm glad my wife found them, or I would have had to pay at least $300-$400 more than I should of to someone else..
