Truly impressed with Precision Services. The spring on our garage door broke last night. I called Precision at 8 a.m. this morning. Aaron Stewart arrived early and fixed our garage door very quickly. My garage door came off it’s rails for reasons unknown late Friday. Dispatch said it won’t be til Monday to get someone. I asked if there was any way to get someone today. Aaron was scheduled to come between 6-8 pm. However he called at 4:30 and was able to come early. I have to say he was very professional and an admitted perfectionist. He also corrected obvious (to him) issues the installers missed last visit in Jan 2020. Though not all techs are as thorough as Aaron, I appreciate their commitment to great service

On time. Got to work and diagnosed the problem. Repaired the unit with a replacement circuit board they carry on the truck. Door works fine now. I would certainly recommend calling Precision if you have a problem with your garage door.

We received excellent service from our technician. He was very professional and very very knowledgeable. He practiced social distancing and wore a mask throughout the servicing. He evaluated the problem and explained to us what was wrong and how to fix the door in very detailed and understandable language. I was very impressed at how quickly he fixed the garage door! Aaron was very courteous and efficient in repairing our garage door. He maintained his distance and wore a mask during these COVID-19 times. He was running ahead of schedule that day and was several hours early. You could tell that he enjoys what he does and checked out our door thoroughly as he was making repairs. I would call them again, but I feel confident that the door is in good shape for a number or years.

There are two reasons why I selected Precision Door for garage door maintenance. I got a Precision Door Service coupon from ValPak and a family member recommended Precision Door Service. Good decision. Aaron, the technician, texted and called saying he could arrive early, which worked out well for me. Besides being a personable fellow, Aaron was efficient and knowledgeable. I understood why he arrived early. Aaron knew what he was doing. This is a 20 foot wide door and Aaron had the springs tightened, tuned up all the hinges and bolts holding them, then replaced all the rollers in about 45 minutes. This included some good advice about my door and some bids for future work. I intend to replace the garage door when the driveway is repaired. I wanted to know how this company worked before making larger commitments. I had a problem with the invoice which, I caused. I forgot to provide the coupon when I was paying for the service. I called the next day and the company is honoring the coupon. My take is that the company has excellent technicians and is operated with equally competent and considerate management. I'm going with Precision Door Service when I replace my garage door.

Aaron came back today and had to replace the circuit board. He is such a nice young man and a credit to your business. Even though I hated to have to replace the circuit board as it had been replaced last August, I at least know it was necessary and trust Aaron’s judgment.

I needed to have my garage door fixed, it had a broken spring. Not only were they able to come the same day I called, but the repair person was able to come early. It took him about 30 to place two springs. Next time I need work on my garage door. I will surly call them.

Sorry for the delay in replying to this survey, but I have been having problems with my systems. All of my devices were scammed and I have been fearful of getting back on any device. However, your technicians were the most professional and courteous that I have ever met. I was so blessed to have such professional and kindly men in my presence. Please thank them for me! I would still like to have the wireless opener installed that the technician suggested for me to get in case of power failure!
