Brandon is a native Memphian. He attended Southwest Tennessee Community College where he received his degree as an X-Ray and Emergency Medical Technician. Brandon is a quick learner and hard worker, but what he enjoys the most about his career at Precision is the opportunity to meet new people and the freedom from a desk. When not at work, you will find him at the ball field or simply watching the latest Disney movie at home with his children.

I am satisfied with the service. Brandon was professional and courteous. I was concerned about the prices of the replacement springs. They were about 3 times as expensive as the regular springs that my friend just paid. I was told that these springs are powder coated and have higher life. I was still not convinced it was worth 3 times the regular price. I was in a bit of a hurry to get the job done, so I went ahead with the 'premium' springs.

The technician showed up when they said he would and put my garage door back on track quickly. I thought that the track for the door would have to be replaced but the technician was able to repair it and it works great. I would deffinately call them again.

Purchased the $99 tune-up on Angies List. Brandon showed up on time and showed me an opportunity with my existing door spring, which was very loud. I purchased new springs and Brandon installed them quickly - he also fixed my opener for me! Very professional - I will use again when needed! Thanks!
