I had an appointment scheduled for between 2 and 4 pm today. Brandon called and asked if it might be convenient for him to come early. Sure. The door wasn't broken, but he gave service for the hinges and let me know about future problems that I may have with some of the components. He was quick and thorough. Very polite. Thanks.

I had an appointment scheduled for 4p and Brandon was there at 4:05, not to mention that it was a same day appointment on a Saturday, who even gives service like that anymore? Brandon explained everything at the outset and was courteous and knowledgeable throughout. What I thought would take 2 hours, only took him 35 minutes. I would not only recommend Precision to others, but would personally dial their phone for them. I can’t say enough great things about both Brandon and Precision Door...it’s a shame this only goes up to 5 stars.

I was searching the Internet for ASAP garage door repair in my area and found that Precision Doors was in the area and they were highly rated and had great reviews so I decided to go with them. I am pleased to say that I couldn’t have made a better choice. Brandon was my repair guy and he was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue very well and then fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I am very satisfied because I can now get in and out of my garage and I would definitely recommend this company.

Brandon was very professional, courteous, polite and answered all questions/concerns I had about my garage door and its components. Brandon gave me a detailed explanation about the wear and tear of components of the garage door (i.e. springs, bearings, etc.) to assist me in determining when to replace these components. I truly appreciate the service and work that Brandon performed on my garage door and the quickly scheduling of this appointment by Precision Door. The customer service rep who took my call was also attentive and displayed a professional attitude. My apologies for forgetting her name. :(
