Precision Door never disappoints! Once again they were prompt, and knowledgeable, taking care of my problem immediately. Jason, the tech, is very professional while still being friendly and personable. I will continue to call on Precision Door for all my gate and garage door repairs. Because of their great service, I have used them for many years.

Just wow! That’s all I can say. Just under a year ago my automatic gate was not working. Last night when I came home, it stopped working again. I called them this morning. They were out this afternoon and because it was under a year, they replaced the part, fixed the gate and didn’t even charge the time to visit. I HIGHLY Recommend them!

I appreciate the responsiveness of both the person answering the phone and the technician - Jason Lyles- who responded to the service call. While a part has to be ordered to complete the repair, a fix was provided to get me by.
