Jason was born right here in Memphis, Tennessee. He loves to travel. He is also an avid outdoorsman that enjoys riding mountain bikes, climbing, kayaking, hiking, camping and playing frisbee with his dogs. He has a black belt in Taekwondo and was on his high school wrestling team. When he is not doing some sort of physical activity he enjoys watching movies and playing an occasional video game. He has been in the garage door business for over 15 years and enjoys being able to help people out and put a smile on their face.

I had been waiting for three weeks for my regular garage door repairman to return my call. I was dealing with a door with a broken torsion spring. Simple fix really, but one I had never done. A quick search on the internet and I found Precision Door Service. A quick inquiry on their chat feature got me an appointment for the next day. Jason Rodriguez arrived at the time scheduled, performed a professional inspection of my door, door opener and at my request checked the door over for any unusual issues possibly caused by a recent tornado. Mr. Rodrigues was prompt, thorough, and efficient. He explained why my garage door would not stay down after a power outage at my home in words that made sense and were easily understandable. One of my two garage door springs broke, and although I am big on Do-It-Yourself projects, I figured it would be better for me to hire an expert so they can evaluate by entire garage door system. I contacted Precision door company, and they sent me text message as well as email notifications for appointment reminders. Josh arrived on time and was all business minded as he immediately started inspecting my garaged door. Once the inspection was complete, he provided me with the basic repair option as well as a few options for upgrading parts for noise reduction and longevity of the garage door system He repaired and replaced parts same day and provided me with a good explanation of the work he accomplished. Garage door functions correctly and is much quieter than before. I recommend Josh and Precision Door Services.
