Michael Falberg grew up in Memphis and has been on the PDS team since 2014. When asked his favorite thing about working at PDS, he responded with “Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, which is an important quality in a company.” Michael is happily married and is expecting his first child. He enjoys building and racing cars, watching football, shooting, and spending time with family and friends.

You all didn’t meet my expectations My problems were not solved instead the technician suggested we buy a new door for $1700, he even didn’t come prepared to work. I called another company and they came out and fixed my garage door the same day for $230.All I needed was a set of cables and realign my rollers to the track.

Booked an appointment for the next morning, Michael came early, saw the problems right away, said he could fix it in 20 minutes, had the necessary parts on the truck, gave me the price on the spot, fixed it, did additional maintenance on the door for free, explained the 1 year warranty on the repair. All together an A+ job that could not have been better. My hats is off to this company.

Michael immediately identified the problem with our safety sensors (wiring that had become damaged) and fixed that. We had accidentally erased the programming while trying to figure out what was wrong with the opener, and he reset all the remote openers while he was here. Fast, efficient, and polite.
