Jon was born and raised in Memphis and has twenty plus years of experience in the door industry. He is also certified as a rolling steel fire door technician from the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation. When not at work Jon enjoys spending time at University of Memphis basketball games and working with his son on projects around the house to include an annual residential Christmas light display which he has earned several local awards.

Great service, polite, courteous, informative. I was a little discouraged with the long term diagnosis considering the door hardware is not old but that was not anyone's fault except for the one trying to save a buck when it was installed.
