On Oct 26, 2020 Jason from Precision Door came out to do PM and problem-solve on my garage door. He assessed the situation, solved the problems, and departed the time of all of which < 1 hr. He also provided me with the projected cost. That cost remained the same following completion of the work.

On time. Got to work and diagnosed the problem. Repaired the unit with a replacement circuit board they carry on the truck. Door works fine now. I would certainly recommend calling Precision if you have a problem with your garage door.

The technician, Kevin, was on time as scheduled. He was very friendly, courteous and most importantly efficient. He resolved my problem with skill and had me back up and running quickly. Needed emergency service due to residential garage door failure to close. Did not want to have door open all night. Called Precision and had a tech repairing my door that evening. Perfect job, priced as promised and I could sleep knowing my garage was securely closed. I have used Precision for many years for upgrades and repairs. Always satisfied. Nathan was my sales and service rep and I must say that he was excellent. He was always professional and helpful. He paid attention to every detail and he went the extra mile with the install making sure that the new garage door that he installed was setup correctly to work with my new garage door opener. He even went behind me to make sure that I installed my opener correctly. He patiently answered all of my questions and was just plain honest with my about my existing doors. I can't say enough good things about Nathan. He's a good young man!

EXCELLENT Service! Techician Ben was great. Very personable, respectful of property, arrived way ahead of time for service call, and we had a great conversation while he was doing his repairs.
