We chose Precision Garage Doors after reviewing several web sites. Information on the site helped us make our selection. Our technician was Ben. He called when in route, arrived on time (or better) and was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining our problem and the various solutions available and the overall benefits of the garage doors used by Precision. He answered all of our questions and help us make our choice. Our installation was done by Luke and Tim. Again we were called before they arrived and gave us a time estimate for installation. Once the installation was completed Luke explained again the benefits from our previous door and also how we should maintain. Installation was timely and both young men were courteous and knowledgeable. We would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to others. Thanks.

Precision has done a great job again. This is the second time I have had them perform work for me. They fixed my garage door spring two years ago. Today May 2nd, they fixed my gear and sprocket chain drive. The guys were fast and efficient. They explained to me what the possible causes were and what it would take to fix it. I am very pleased with the service I received! I called on Sunday morning because I couldn't get my garage door to go down. I was told the tech would be there between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.on Monday and he arrived at exactly 8:00 a.m.!!! Although it was actually user error that was causing the door not to go down completely....Branden didn't make me feel like an idiot!! I would definitely use Precision again!
