Service was excellent and the technician performed the repairs 5 hours ahead of the scheduled time. Technician called, indicated he had a break in the schedule and could he respond early. Heck yes, door repaired in less than 30 minutes. Will call again if I have a door problem in the future.

Excellent experience. It was Sunday afternoon and door went off track and cars were trapped in garage. Called Precision and they were here in 2 hours. Matt fixed the door and explained what happened and how he would fix it. Excellent performance. It’s great when your expectations are exceeded. Ethical. Honest.

The main spring on my door had broken after 15 years of use. I contacted Precision Door and they quickly scheduled a repair. The technician called and asked if they could come early, which was a nice surprise. He arrived at the time he promised, explained all the options for service and warranty, told me how much the repair would cost, and all before beginning the work. He was courteous, efficient, and fast. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service and would recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs a garage door repair.

As always, when dealing with this company, the customer service is unsurpassed. We requested an appointment late Sunday afternoon and were given an appointment for the next day. The technician called the next morning to let us know that he was working ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. This was great for us. We immediately received a text from the company with the tech's name, information and picture. Much appreciated.
