Eric has been employed by Precision Door Service since April 2005 and takes great pride in his work. He was born and raised in Fayette County Tennessee and currently resides in the city of Oakland. He enjoys spending his spare time attending University of Memphis sporting events. Eric is happily married to Ansley and together they have twin sons, Jackson and Barrett.

Eric was the installer of the garage door springs- he came on Monday and weighed my wood double garage door which was 400 lbs- he said he did not have it on the truck- someone called me to inform me that the door springs had to be ordered then called back to let me know when they would arrive and set up a follow up date for installation. Great customer service would recommend them to anyone and will use again if ever needed.

I luckily found Precision online when I was searching for a company to repair my garage door opener. I never expected to find a company that would send someone the very day that I placed the order. Eric was right on time (actually a little early). Knew immediately what was causing my problem. Gave me an estimate, repaired the problem, and then helped me with a couple of other small issues related to the garage and my automatic gate. He was courteous, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Talk about honoring their lifetime guarantee. Precision answered a service call when my garage door would not stay down. Luckily I had saved an invoice from 2001 that had a lifetime guarantee written on the bottom. The door was promptly repaired with new cables. The door works great and best of all the call was free. Precision certainly stands behind their lifetime guarantee and in the process gained a lifetime customer. Five BIG stars for Precision.
