Casey is the best ever! He was super-helpful and not only fixed the issues with my door - he saved me the stress of waiting as he was on time and so professional. My garage door was opening on its own. Being almost 90 years old I had no other thought but call Precision yesterday at 4 PM. They promised technician would be here between 10 and 12 today. Michael arrived just as promised and surveyed the situation. He determined the problem and came up with a few measure for me to try. If this doesn't work will have to order an expensive part. We will try this for a few days. I appreciate someone who tries to help. I was shocked at his response this day and time it is usually the quickest and least trouble. I thought he was excellent.

I just got lucky. Googled garage door problems, Precision popped up. Booked on line, door expert, Matt, showed up a little early, looked at the door, gave me an estimate , and fixed my door. Matt was a polite young man even had a personality. I talked with him the whole time. Come to find out he is a good friend of my grandson. I’ve found a garage door company; you should too.

I called Precision today to request a service appointment for some issues with my garage door that they installed. The door works great, but racoons had chewed through the rubber seal at the bottom of the door and I couldn't get the camera to reconnect with the internet. They were able to schedule the appointment on the same day. The service specialist (Payton) was awesome. Payton resolved all of the issues quickly and he is a super nice guy. All of my experiences so far with Precision have been great.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. It was easy to set up an appointment for an estimate, and I was able to book a time that was convenient. Casey was the technician who came out. He was awesome; very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and then proceeded to tell me my options. He explained everything clearly which made it very easy to make a decision. The installation went great. His attention to detail impressed me. 5 stars all around! Highly recommended.

Garage door would not close shut. I call and made an appointment Monday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. The technician called and said he was available earlier that plan which made me more excited to get an earlier appointment. Casey the technician was very professional and knowledgeable about his job.
