You guys installed our opener system a couple of years ago. We received quotes from other sources. Yours was the best for a quality door. You even gave us the same price for a more expensive door when we selected it, expecting to pay a little more. All work, managers and employees were top notch! We will recommend Precision to others.

Talk about honoring their lifetime guarantee. Precision answered a service call when my garage door would not stay down. Luckily I had saved an invoice from 2001 that had a lifetime guarantee written on the bottom. The door was promptly repaired with new cables. The door works great and best of all the call was free. Precision certainly stands behind their lifetime guarantee and in the process gained a lifetime customer. Five BIG stars for Precision.

Precision Door Service is highly rated on Angie's list. I used Angie's list to select three potential companies and eventually decided to gave them a call. Rick showed up on time and was very professional. He took his time when explaining my options and answering my questions. Rick fixed my broken spring and placed the order for my replacement door. He explained the anticipated delivery date, the replacement time and process. This experience has been much better than my previous experience with using door companies.

The job was done in a timely fashion, everything cleaned up as he left, cost was as agreed to, all systems checked for correct operations, and both family cars programmed to raise and lower the doors. Eric came out the same day that I called about our problem with the garage door. He even called ahead of our appointment time asking if it worked for us if he came early. I was not home while he did the repair but my husband said that he was in and out pretty quickly and even suggested we consider replacing some parts that looked like they were wearing. (My husband opted out of this additional service but I wish we would've gotten it taken care of right then) Thanks for the heads up Eric. We will definitely be in touch again if we need additional service down the road.
