Our garage door fell off the track. Precision Garage Door came out the same day. The scheduler was very nice. I received an email with the technician's name, photo and background before he arrived at my door. Roger explained the problem and did a great job fixing the door within an hour. Fair price. Great experience.

I had a unique repair issue with my garage door. The service person arrived on time. Roger did an excellent job of analyzing and implementing a fix for the mechanics of the door. I called at 1pm and Roger was at our home by 2:30 pm. He was kind, efficient and explained the problem plus provided a solution and answered my questions.
