Very pleased with your service. Technician did a good job of taking care of the repairs on our garage door. However I am disappointed that you would charge us almost $6 for fuel and a 3% charge for using a credit card. I think that is taking unfair advantage of your customers. There is sometimes a price for doing business!

I had the best technician come to my home to repair my garage. Mr. Payton Naylor showed me what caused the broken wires connected to the sensors of my garage. He explained the wires were damaged because they were chewed (by either a mouse/rat/or possum). I was speechless, and terrified of a possible Vermon in my garage. Mr. Naylor gave me solid suggestions on what I needed to do to prevent it from happening again. My garage had tons and tons of boxes and rugs and old stuff that need to be pulled away from the wall or thrown out, (perfect hiding places). After Mr. Naylor finished repairing the garage door, my son and I immediately started cleaning out my garage, and within an hour we found the guilty party -A POSSUM- hiding behind my hot water heater. You could have knock me over with a feather! It took a broom and a water hose, but we finally got it out of the garage. Thank you sooooo much Mr. Payton Naylor!!!!!

John Pugh serviced my garage door, replaced rollers and brackets and my door is quiet and working perfectly. He even took the time to teach me how to operate the door manually when needed. He was professional, kind and helpful. I hope to have him return in the future when I need help again. I am extremely satisfied.

Jason was prompt, professional, friendly, and through. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he explained my options. He knocked out the job quickly, cleaned up, and even wiped the excess spray off the hinges. I've never seen a tech wipe the overspray off. His attention to detail was spot on.

Precision has the best technicians. They’re always knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Jason R. was my technician today, and he did a great job repairing and replacing my garage door parts. He explained what needed to be done and was even kind enough to change out the dead lightbulb in the motor area. If anyone needs a new garage door opener or repairs on one, I always recommend Precision.

Everything about my experience was great. Another company misdiagnosed the problem and just wanted to sell me a new system. After I ran them off, I called Precision. Brandon was friendly, professional and honest. Had the parts on his truck so the fix was quick and not too painful on the wallet. I've used them once before and will only use them from here on out!

My garage door was stuck when we went to open it yesterday morning. I looked up reviews on Google, and Precision had solid ones. I called at 8:30a on a Wednesday. By 10:45a a technician was here. He diagnosed my broken spring and the side panels not rolling correctly. By 12:15p my garage door was fixed, and no issues. I am very pleased and grateful for Precision's prompt and expert service.

The service exceeded my hopes! Quick response to schedule online after spring explosion... even someone to call in typical after hours time frame. Service scheduled for next day, tech called first and offered to arrive early, fully assessed situation and existing installation notes, provided cost estimate immediately and upfront, had parts on board service vehicle and completed job in record time. No fuss, truly professional (and knowledgeable) technician who clearly communicated findings and actions. Tough to express how complete, professional and competent the service experience was - and how it relieved another 'oh no' home repair nightmare/issue. Dillon was simply exceptional in his trade and pleasing the customer as well as representing Precision Door Service of Memphis! Will gladly select them again!

My name is Andre H. My electrical swing gate went out during the storm on last week. I called a certain company to come out and get my gate operable again they said I needed about $2700.00 worth of work done, basically a new unit. I called Precision Garage door service for a 2nd opinion. Technician Jason Lyles came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the kind of gate door I had. It did not take him but 5minutes to diagnose the problem. My gate was working and swinging at command like it was before the storm. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and he was very very nice and explained the problem in a way that even i could understand. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Jason Lyles who is an absolute jewel in this company. Last but not least I saved thousands of dollars and of course I LOVVED that!!!!! JASON YOU ROCK!!!!!
