Got an appointment same day. Technician called to ask if they could come early. Arrived with a smile. Found the problem immediately and did not charge me because it was electrical not the door opener. I have used them before and will use them again!

I want to thank the technician with precision for his job well done. He showed up before the stated time after calling to see if that was ok. He arrived and immediately started his inspection and went to work. He was fast and efficient and repaired the door and made adjustments needed to tracks motor the springs. hope we don't have any more trouble ,but if so Precision will be first company I will be in touch with to fix my problems. I again want to thank the technician for his good work and positive happy attitude.

Drive gate keypads were not linking up with control panel, and we have domestic abuse clients staying here. Gerald was quick to work us into his schedule, get both keypads working agains, and making proper alignment to the gate closing correctly. Very professional.

I can’t recommend Precision enough, and I almost never leave reviews. But they have been consistently prompt, professional, efficient, and effective, every time I have called on them, so I feel compelled to leave a positive review. Until proven otherwise, I will always call them for issues with my carport door and driveway gate.
