Now, 1 year later, I started experiencing a noise issue when closing the door. I called Precision, they sent an awesone tech by the name of Tyler. Tyler fixed my door and it works great. I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty and I greatly appreciate the great customer service Precision provided. From making the appointment to making the repair.
