Our service was scheduled within 24 hours of our call. We received notification of arrival and a picture of the technician prior to his arrival. Roger arrived promptly and provided a diagnosis of the problem. He explained the options we could select for our repair. Once we agreed on the repair, he provided the price prior to the work.
