Unfortunately they only have a maximum of five stars. The service provided by their technician, Treston, was absolutely excellent. He's a perfectionist. Not only he worked to get my garage door back to functioning, he also did additional adjustments, straightening and lubrication to leave the 25 year-old door like new. I couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you, Precision!

He gave me some recommendations for long term care of the door that should prevent future similar issues. He was very professional and courteous.

Today, Sunday, May 17th, my garage door was stuck open after I got home from running an errand. It was higher on one side than the other and wouldn't close. I called Precision Door Service of Memphis and scheduled an emergency service appointment. I spoke with Gabby, who was extremely helpful, kind, and promptly scheduled my appointment. I thought I would have to wait until Monday morning, but Gabby put on their schedule with a time of 6pm-8pm today, which was a relief. To my surprise, I got a call from Tyler K. with Precision Door Service at 4pm. He had just finished a job early and asked if I'd mind him coming to take care of my appointment early. That was the best news! When Tyler arrived, he was the most courteous and professional service person I've had in a very long time. He was able to look at my door and diagnose the problem, and he got to work on it. It was determined that one of my cables was damaged and needed to be replaced. He had to loosen the spring before replacing the cable which he did pretty fast. Afterwards, he adjusted my garage door and had it working better than it had ever worked before. From the first day I moved into my home back in 2001, there was a bit of a gap at the bottom of the door on one side and I could see outside lighting on that side of the garage when the door was closed. I thought it was normal, but after Tyler adjusted it, I can say that for the first time no light can be seen underneath my garage door. He made it better than it's ever been. I can't say enough good things about Tyler and the folks at Precision Door Service. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about garage door repairs.

What a fine man Peyton Peabody is. He came to our home to fix a keypad. Turns out it just needed a new battery which we had. He replaced it and told us we have really high quality doors and there was no charge for his service call. You have been to our home before and we will never use anyone else. Great service! I called to get a check up on my garage door. I have used you in the past, when I first moved here. I needed new springs and a new garage door opener and was extremely pleased with the service and price. While I am extremely please with the service I received for this garage door check up, I am somewhat put off about the price. I believe every service should be paid what they are worth however $219.94 for 15 minutes of work seems quite high. $89.00 to come out plus $129 to look at the garage door. Nothing was wrong with the door so the tech greased it. I did know the charge and agreed to it but believed it was high then. When it only took 15 minutes it was very disappointing. That is $14.66 per minute. I also realize there is drive time to get here. Plumbers charge less. Now there is no listing under your pre-choices in your "Service Performed". I called for a check up and that is not listed. Only repairs or replacements are listed. That is not what happened so I had to choose one in order to send a review and "Garage Door Repair" is inaccurate.
