I had Precision Door Service come out because my landlord mentioned the garage door had previously opened on its own. The technician, Roger Emmerson, was extremely professional and thorough. He inspected the motor, wall button, wiring, and overall system and explained everything clearly. The opener is only a few years old and he didn’t find anything wrong. Instead of trying to sell me repairs I didn’t need, he was honest and said he didn’t feel right charging me for the visit. That level of integrity really stood out. Roger took the time to explain possible causes, answered all my questions, and told me to call back if anything happens in the future. Great customer service and professionalism. I really appreciate the honesty and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

Made an appointment online to replace a 13-y.o. door opener. Shane arrived during appointed time window, gave an estimate, and replaced the opener without issue. He was friendly, patient when I screwed up my wifi password twice, did a neat job, and lubricated everything to make the door quiet again. All in all, an excellent job. I dinged one star due to the rather high price -- no deal or discount was offered on the $89 service call when paying $1060 for an opener that can be bought on Amazon for $560.

The gentlemen that came out, was very professional and nice to visit with. He knew what my problem was and why the garage door would not open. He fixed and it works great. He also mentioned that in the near future the door is going to be needing a little repair, and he gave me 2 estimates, and I can work on that. Tyler Klein was nice enough to offer me his card while we waited for our drive-thru lunch. He as able to come within two days to make the repair which included matching up the right springs to the door and changed out the rollers. Plus, he went over the lubrication to utilize within 6 months after he showed work performed. Before he started since it was an older wooded door, he called the wooden door specialist, Jason, to make sure the correct size was installed.
