Brandon was on time when he said he would be. He contacted me before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the garage door problem. He was able to quickly disassemble the unit, verify the problem component then he had the part in the truck so was able to install the defective unit. My garage door spring broke last year. I called Precision and made an appointment. My door was repaired and I was offered an extended warranty after the repair was made. Now, 1 year later, I started experiencing a noise issue when closing the door. I called Precision, they sent an awesone tech by the name of Tyler. Tyler fixed my door and it works great. I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty and I greatly appreciate the great customer service Precision provided. From making the appointment to making the repair. I made the appointment on Monday, the repair was completed Turesday. Precision is a solid company with fantastic customer service.

I got up to go to my early morning workout on a Sunday morning and the spring on my garage door was broken. I could not even lift the door at all because without the help of the springs I could not budge it. I called Precision and they were very straight forward with me about the cost. It was not cheap but I am glad to have someone willing to come out on Sunday to fix it. They said they would be to me between 12 and 2 and Treston called at a little after 1 and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He fixed everything and replaced some other things as well to give me a warranty that would guarantee that as long as I live in my home they will fix any of the parts at no cost to me. Last year we finally had to replace our 27-year-old garage door. Precision had worked on it before and kept it running for us. Finally, it gave out and we called Precision last year to get a new one. It has worked without any problems. Today was our 1 year anniversary of having the new door and it was such a professional gesture to leave a card with us to be sure to call for the 1 year inspection. Brandon came out and communicated when he would arrive and checked out the garage door. He added some lube to help quiet the door as it goes up and down. Very professional and efficient.
