Spoke with office personnel around 1pm of issues I was having with my garage door opener. Asked if I could get a service tech the following afternoon. They informed me the tech could be scheduled the afternoon I called. The tech, Tyler Klein, called and asked if he could arrive early as he had completed another job. We discussed the issue, options, and received a quote on the spot. I chose replacement. Being that his company was 5 minutes from my house, he was able to pick up a new unit and install the same afternoon. Tyler was professional, an efficient worker, and informative. From the time I called and the job completed was 4 hours! Obviously, everything aligned perfectly with the office and service to make this happen.

I am not easily impressed but this repair was over the top. The back story is on 2/17 we purchased the lifetime warranty package since we were having frequent spring breakage on our garage door. Springs provided by other companies were lasting 2-3 years. Precision installed their best springs 9 years ago and all was fine until last night when we heard a loud bang coming from the garage, 1 spring had snapped. Placed a service request via the website, tech called at 7:50 indicating he was 15 minutes away, replacement springs repair took 45 minutes, door back in business. Dillion was awesome. Thank you for a great customer experience.
