I had been waiting for three weeks for my regular garage door repairman to return my call. I was dealing with a door with a broken torsion spring. Simple fix really, but one I had never done. A quick search on the internet and I found Precision Door Service. A quick inquiry on their chat feature got me an appointment for the next day. Jason Rodriguez arrived at the time scheduled, performed a professional inspection of my door, door opener and at my request checked the door over for any unusual issues possibly caused by a recent tornado. Great job Jason! Thank you. Door works like new!!

Best service ever Chris Hisaw was one of the most professional workers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, he was very fast and thorough with the repairs he answered all of my questions and didn't seem to be phased a single bit (I asked alot of questions) all in all I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. I was searching the Internet for ASAP garage door repair in my area and found that Precision Doors was in the area and they were highly rated and had great reviews so I decided to go with them. I am pleased to say that I couldn’t have made a better choice. Brandon was my repair guy and he was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The service technicians who came to repair my garage door arrived the same day I called and were able to assess the problems, give me a detailed estimate for the options in order to fix it, and then proceeded to make the repairs. They had everything they needed already with them, so no need to order parts and come back. They explained everything, from what was wrong and how to fix it, to maintenance in order to keep it running afterwards. They were fast, friendly and knowledgable.

My control panel went bad according to Dylan Kirby. He was right. It bothered him more that my door could not be fixed immediately more than it bothered me. When he arrived with new panel, he had it fixed quickly and also looked at all remotes, and outside controller and everything worked perfectly. Great technical skills and great guy as I am sure the company knows.
