Our garage door spring broke at a very inconvenient time. We appreciated Precision's availability on the weekend although we elected to wait until Monday for the repair. Technician Jason Rodriguez did a fantastic job, arrived on time, completed the repair properly and he worked quickly. Our garage door operates even better than before, thanks Jason!

The entire experience with Precision was great. Our garage door broke one evening and I was able to go online that night and schedule for someone to come out and look at it the next day. They showed up within the requested window and were able to fix the problem fast and efficiently. They also gave me options which was very nice. Our technician Chris was excellent.

I am completely satisfied with the service received from Precision Door Service. I had an issue on 3/19/2023 and the Technician Jason Rodriguez quickly assessed the issue and fixed the problem. I contacted Precision Door Service again and they were able to schedule a Technician to come out on 4/19/2024. Technician Chris Hisaw quickly assessed the problem with the garage door not going up and down and he made an adjustment and lubricated the doors springs. Precision Door Technicians are experienced, professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciate Chris feedback and I will certainly contact them again if and when there is a problem with the garage doors!
