I called Precision Door service of Memphis when I noticed the spring pad backing board separating and pulling away from the wall. They gave me an appointment very quickly, the next day. Jason Rodriguez was the technician, and he arrived 10 minutes early letting me know in advance. He did a phenomenal job. He inspected the whole door, quickly identified the two major issues which had created the problem (new home builder faulty installation), gave me an estimate of the cost for rectifying the issues and then did all the repairs, rectifying the original installer clear errors that had led to the issue occurring. I could not be happier. I would recommend Precision Door Service of Memphis and Jason in particular for any Garage door issues. The knowledge they have, the time they spend explaining things and giving advice is invaluable. The whole experience from the first phone call to schedule the appointment, to the appointment itself, the work done, all point to an extremely professional and competent company. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future Garage needs. Jason thank you so much for the wonderful work and great customer experience you gave us.

Brandon was on time when he said he would be. He contacted me before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the garage door problem. He was able to quickly disassemble the unit, verify the problem component then he had the part in the truck so was able to install the defective unit. He made the adjustments to ensure the door opened and closed appropriate and everything worked wonderfully. Brandon was courteous and very professional and pleasant to talk to. Roger was on time within the designated appointment window. He diagnosed the issue with my garage door system, made a recommended fix and got the work completed all within half an hour. He gave me some recommendations for long term care of the door that should prevent future similar issues. He was very professional and courteous.

I called to get a check up on my garage door. I have used you in the past, when I first moved here. I needed new springs and a new garage door opener and was extremely pleased with the service and price. While I am extremely please with the service I received for this garage door check up, I am somewhat put off about the price. I believe every service should be paid what they are worth however $219.94 for 15 minutes of work seems quite high. $89.00 to come out plus $129 to look at the garage door. Nothing was wrong with the door so the tech greased it. I did know the charge and agreed to it but believed it was high then. When it only took 15 minutes it was very disappointing. That is $14.66 per minute. I also realize there is drive time to get here. Plumbers charge less. Now there is no listing under your pre-choices in your "Service Performed". I called for a check up and that is not listed. Only repairs or replacements are listed. That is not what happened so I had to choose one in order to send a review and "Garage Door Repair" is inaccurate.

Connor and Tristan were very courteous and easy to work with. They checked everything out and fixed my issue. I suspected I needed a new motor but with lubrication and adjustment they were able to get it running just fine. I really appreciate his honesty and not just trying to sell me a new opener when mine could be fixed. This develops a trust level that will keep me coming back to Precision. When I do really need a motor Precision will get the business because of honesty and integrity.
