The entire experience with Precision was great. Our garage door broke one evening and I was able to go online that night and schedule for someone to come out and look at it the next day. They showed up within the requested window and were able to fix the problem fast and efficiently. They also gave me options which was very nice. Our technician Chris was excellent.

Precision Door Service is a recommended vendor through our HOA. It was easy to make an appointment using their website as well as having the option of discussing the problem with their representative. I am completely satisfied with the service received from Precision Door Service. I had an issue on 3/19/2023 and the Technician Jason Rodriguez quickly assessed the issue and fixed the problem. I contacted Precision Door Service again and they were able to schedule a Technician to come out on 4/19/2024. Technician Chris Hisaw quickly assessed the problem with the garage door not going up and down and he made an adjustment and lubricated the doors springs. Precision Door Technicians are experienced, professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciate Chris feedback and I will certainly contact them again if and when there is a problem with the garage doors!

Special thanks to Jason Rodriguez for another outstanding service experience troubleshooting my garage door problem. My Liftmaster motor was intermittently working on 3 different remotes. Jason is very professional and knowledgeable, and after performing a series of tests, he determined that a board level failure had occurred. He installed a new board, reprogrammed the remotes, and tested. Problem solved!
