My garage door got completely off track where the door was just hanging from the ceiling instead of the mounting rails. This happened at around 2PM on a Saturday afternoon. I Google'd, "garage door repair, Memphis, TN" and Precision was the first thing to pop up. I quickly looked at the reviews, and then gave them a call. The tech was at my house in about 30 minutes [way earlier than scheduled, even!], and he had my garage better than new in just a matter of a few minutes! I was so relieved to see that the fix was simple, and glad that the tech was honest and fair about the entire repair. I choose Precision Door because I saw them on Angie's List and read the rave reviews. I have also heard advertisements on the radio so when I saw they were on Angie's List with great reviews I had to give them a call. The guy, Rick came out on time. He was very nice. He kept me updated on what he was doing. There was a problem with my garage door and after changing out the circuit board and the sensors there was still a problem. He realized it wasn't the circuit board so he put the old one back on and re-wired everything. He did a great job and the price was right. I didn't feel over-charged or ripped off. I felt I got what I paid for. I will call Precision Door again if I have any problems in the future. Great Job!!! :)
