We have used Precision a couple of times: In 2021 we purchased a Garage Screen Door from Precision. The purchase and installation process was very professional and met our every expectation. We now enjoy a screen porch atmosphere in our garage. Having had such a good experience with Precision in 2021, we immediately turned to them (2024) to update our door opener. We now have a new belt driven opener with a battery backup! No more getting stuck in our garage when there is a power outage! Thank You, Precision and thank you Shane for your great service!

Wonderful service! I enjoyed the ability to schedule my appointment online in advance and was met at my home by the nicest technician, John. Within a few minutes, he diagnosed the problem with my garage door and only 30 minutes later, he resolved the issue. Finally, John called to share his on-time arrival time and patiently waited for me to arrive home. THIS is what custom service should look and feel like -- thank you!

My service was offered to come that same afternoon but I was not going to be home and it was scheduled the very next day. My service Technician, Roger Emmerson, called me to let me know what time he would be there and arrived at that exact time. He listened to what my problem was and immediately took care of the issue very quickly. He was very pleasant and professional. Josh knows a garage door and components, what each one does and handles his job with deserved confidence. While here, I had him replace the rubber at bottom of door. He checked everything over, making adjustments where needed. If all repairmen worked as he does, we wouldn't have problems. I was very impressed with his work and will recommend him. He did much more than install a lost or misplaced an opener.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. It was easy to set up an appointment for an estimate, and I was able to book a time that was convenient. Casey was the technician who came out. He was awesome; very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and then proceeded to tell me my options.
