Last year we finally had to replace our 27-year-old garage door. Precision had worked on it before and kept it running for us. Finally, it gave out and we called Precision last year to get a new one. It has worked without any problems. Today was our 1 year anniversary of having the new door and it was such a professional gesture to leave a card with us to be sure to call for the 1 year inspection. Brandon came out and communicated when he would arrive and checked out the garage door. He added some lube to help quiet the door as it goes up and down. Very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Booked online for a door sensor issue and was given the opportunity to have a same day service. Less than an hour later we had a wonderful tech by the name of Treston who quickly and most politely diagnosed the issue, explained everything well, and made the fix. He took his time to make sure all our concerns were addressed and was such a pleasure to work with! I've used Precision once before for some minor repair. This time my roller broke in two. They gave me the same service for a minor problem as they did for this major problem. They came out within the time frame quoted and the technician, Treston Musselwhite, was awesome. Treston, determined what the problem was, gave me several options to perform the job. He completed the work very quickly and efficiently. His personality was amazing. He was very kind, patient and thorough. He made sure I was satisfied with the work, and everything was working as promised. I could not have been more pleased.

Spoke with office personnel around 1pm of issues I was having with my garage door opener. Asked if I could get a service tech the following afternoon. They informed me the tech could be scheduled the afternoon I called. The tech, Tyler Klein, called and asked if he could arrive early as he had completed another job. We discussed the issue, options, and received a quote on the spot. I chose replacement. Being that his company was 5 minutes from my house, he was able to pick up a new unit and install the same afternoon. Tyler was professional, an efficient worker, and informative. From the time I called and the job completed was 4 hours! Obviously, everything aligned perfectly with the office and service to make this happen.
