I definitely give a 5 star to Matt's workmanship and professionalism! I desperately needed a spring replacement repair and had a 12-2 window for when the work was to be done. To my surprise, Matt called around 10 and said he was ahead of schedule and could be at my home in fifteen minutes. Before starting Matt explained in understandable detail the work and benefits of installing two springs on my door in a very non pressure sales pitch which made more sense. Matt was courteous and took less than 30 minutes to install the springs. Also, it was an added plus that Precision gives you the name of the tech before he arrives just so you know who you're opening your door to.

We called Precision Garage on a Tuesday morning after my wife noticed a loud pop in the garage door & it wouldn't go up. Observations revealed the large garage spring had broken. We were initially told someone would be there that same afternoon around 2:00 pm. To our great delight the service man called around 10:30 am & was at our home in minutes. We appreciate the fast, professional, curtis service provided by Precision Garage. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs

Brandon was very professional, courteous, polite and answered all questions/concerns I had about my garage door and its components. Brandon gave me a detailed explanation about the wear and tear of components of the garage door (i.e. springs, bearings, etc.) to assist me in determining when to replace these components. I truly appreciate the service and work that Brandon performed on my garage door and the quickly scheduling of this appointment by Precision Door. The customer service rep who took my call was also attentive and displayed a professional attitude. My apologies for forgetting her name. :(

Service call was for a broken garage door spring, in less than 2 hours of placing the service call, Matt McNatt took the call and replaced both springs and put eight new rollers (no charge for rollers for purchase of two new springs) on our door in under 30 minutes. He was very professional, performed the job quickly and did a great job. We will definitely recommend this company to others and use them again in the future.

The Technician was very professional courteous and knowledgeable regarding my garage door issues. Aaron explained in detail what replacements were needed and demonstrated the reasons I had problems. As a result I decided to replace the door and opener. The hours extended hours offered and weekends are a plus! 5 Stars Precision!
