We’ve used Precision in the past when our other garage door was malfunctioning, and have been very pleased with how well that door has continued to operate. When the door on the other side of the garage stopped working this week, it was an easy decision to call Precision out again. Quick response, friendly technician (Matt McNatt), and a working garage door—Exactly what we needed! I also really liked receiving a text message with a tracker so that I would know exactly how close Matt was to arriving at my house—Very convenient! Thanks for your help, Matt!

Michael made it to my house early and didn’t even require me to be there (I was able to open it remotely). He replaced my outside keypad that had gone bad after only a few years that had originally been installed by another company. I definitely give a 5 star to Matt's workmanship and professionalism! I desperately needed a spring replacement repair and had a 12-2 window for when the work was to be done. To my surprise, Matt called around 10 and said he was ahead of schedule and could be at my home in fifteen minutes. Before starting Matt explained in understandable detail the work and benefits of installing two springs on my door in a very non pressure sales pitch which made more sense. Matt was courteous and took less than 30 minutes to install the springs. Also, it was an added plus that Precision gives you the name of the tech before he arrives just so you know who you're opening your door to.
