They installed a new18’ door in 2017. Has worked quietly and flawlessly . Had a spring break overnight and called their service center at 10pm. They got my name and address and problem. Within several minutes they sent me a text and email when the technician could come. Their service is exceptional.

The technician, Michael Falberg was GREAT! He was actually able to arrive ahead of the scheduled time and promptly diagnosed the issue and had the repair part in his truck. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. He fixed my garage door in less than half an hour. Again, he was great!

Awesome! service,very polite and efficient. They installed a new door for us about 5 years ago. They made a repair recently that had nothing to do with their installation.John Bennett the service tech was so polite and professional. I was quite pleased with Matt’s professionalism and efficiency during my garage door repair. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair. He even suggested I could call back in if assistance needed with reprogramming of remotes - after replacing circuit board. Overall, very satisfied with the work performed.

Aaron was great! He checked all of our components, repaired and replaced everything that needed to be done. He was quick, efficient and courteous! He explained what was not working on our old equipment and what needed to be done. Our double wide garage door was damaged by the car turning too soon and could not be closed. The office staff worked us in and in a few hours it was repaired and working. Ben did a great job. We have used Precision Doors for years and I highly recommended them.

I think your service technician not only fixed the problem but he went beyond fixing other issues that were going on with the door and showed me how to maintain it. Very nice and knowledgeable. If needed I will use you again.
