Everyone I dealt with at Precision was VERY polite. Customer service is a lost art with most businesses but not with this company. They were on-time with appointments and did qualify work. I had new garage doors and openers installed and am very satisfied.

Kane came out late the same day I called even though I offered that the next morning would be fine. He gave me three options on replacements for 2 21 yr old units (1 of which was falling apart. He and his partner came out the next day earlier than promised performed in a professional and friendly manner and made sure systems were working properly prior to leaving. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Kane to perform any garage door installations/repairs

I got info to call you from Angie List. My overhead door has shut on golf cart and was off track and broke a glass pane. I described the whole problem with my overhead garage door to Bob who answered phone. When service gentleman came he immediately advised me his company did not work on my kind of overhead garage door. No service call should have been made to my home. I was charged a reasonable service call but now must pay another service call to another company. Must say the serviceman was most knowledgeable and polite. I should have been asked what company or manufactured made my door in all fairness. Lesson learned. Will send photo before I call anyone else trying to rack up a quick service call. Suggest everyone out there do the same. I will notify Angie List of my encounter today.

Everything that you want from a service provider! A human answered their phone quickly, provided a quote, explained the details, set an appointment. The service tech (Wes) called when he was enroute, showed up on time, reviewed the job, answered questions, went straight to work. Wes worked to get the job done quickly and efficiently. No wasted effort, no talking on the phone, no wandering off. He cleaned up after himself, made sure I was satisfied and headed to the next job. This is how business should be done.

Eric was the installer of the garage door springs- he came on Monday and weighed my wood double garage door which was 400 lbs- he said he did not have it on the truck- someone called me to inform me that the door springs had to be ordered then called back to let me know when they would arrive and set up a follow up date for installation. Great customer service would recommend them to anyone and will use again if ever needed.

I was given an estimate on the phone for the replacement of the two springs on my garage door. I initially called because I had a coupon but after dealing with your company, I will call whenever I need garage door service. My repairman showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Your website sent me a picture and name prior to his arrival, which I thought was very professional. The repairman even went the extra yard to inspect and lubricate my other garage door. I very much appreciate your website and use of the internet to make appointments.
