I have worked with several garage door companies over the years, and without a doubt……Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best company I’ve EVER encountered!! From the moment I spoke with the appointment person on the phone, I could tell they were different. The morning of my appointment I got a text telling me a little bit about my technician…..even found out he enjoys spending time with his fur babies when he’s not working! Payton Naylor was prompt, professional, and an AMAZING representative of the company! Well done! Payton is definitely the contact I will save in my phone for any future business; what a great experience! Customer service is a lost art these days, but he exceeded my expectations!

This service was a complimentary annual check since the installation of a new door. The service technician, Payton, was knowledgeable and detailed with his inspection. I would highly recommend him.
