The technician/service pro was courteous and obviously skilled so I have no complaints on that front. After looking at my pdf of the invoice I realized that the service call was not waived as is the promise from the Precision website since they actually performed the service. I’m deducting two stars here because after I called them on the phone and explained the situation, they assured me that billing would call me back and get it straightened out. Yeah as expected, I never heard back. So now I have to chase people down to try and get them to just do what they were supposed to do. Frustrating.

Another successful experience with Precision. This time, they replaced the garage motor (smart garage belt drive opener with LED lights and camera). Once again, technician (Dillon) was early and completed project within an hour. Garage door is now so much quieter when opening and closing. Highly recommend! Dec 2024 Calling Precision for an appointment was easy peasy (they had my info from last time I used their services a decade ago). The technician Scott was punctual (actually an hour early! so refreshing!), professional, friendly, answered my questions about preventative work, explained the options for repairs and pricing within minutes and completed the job within an hour. Installed 2 torsion springs instead of 1, replaced old ball rollers with nylon rollers, replaced ends and center bearing brackets. Plus a 5-year warranty! Nov 2022
