Just wow! That’s all I can say. Just under a year ago my automatic gate was not working. Last night when I came home, it stopped working again. I called them this morning. They were out this afternoon and because it was under a year, they replaced the part, fixed the gate and didn’t even charge the time to visit. I HIGHLY Recommend them!

This was great experience from the time I contacted PDS on Saturday to set up an appointment until the work was completed today, less than 48 hours later. I got confirmation emails and alerts to my technicians arrival. (He was actually a little early!). The technician, Matt McNatt, was professional and very thorough while he was here first describing what he would be doing and then performing the work. He answered all my questions. He even tried to help get my Genie opener set up on my home WiFi but unfortunately it is out of range of my signal. I am very pleased with all aspects of this repair and Matt especially. Couldn't recommend PDS more highly.

Thank you for the great service that Michael Falberg provided when he repaired our garage door. We had Michael repair a garage door in the past and he was such a pleasure to have do the repair that I asked for him by name for our recent repair. Called for a garage door repair appointment early afternoon and was told promptly that a service person would be arriving between 4 to 6 pm the same day. We were called shortly after 4 pm notifying us someone would be at our house in the next 45 minutes as well receiving a text with a bio of the repair person. He was friendly and promptly diagnosed the problem. The necessary part was on the truck, was replaced and all was explained to my satisfaction. Very pleased and offer my high praise for outstanding service.

My garage door was not closing properly and I called Precision Door. The person answering the phone was very kind and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for me within a three-hour time frame. I was lucky! Within thirty minutes, my technician, Jason Rodriguez, came and knew exactly what was happening. He was very professional and courteous! He fixed my problem within minutes and then checked my entire garage door and motor. He oiled everything and did a wonderful job! I was very satisfied with him and the entire process with Precision Door!!

Matt McNatt arrived and diagnosed the issue in 3 minutes and performed the repairs in less than 15 minutes. Very professional and personable. Precision installed this door in 2015 and it has performed flawlessly. Highly recommended.
