Thank you for the great service that Michael Falberg provided when he repaired our garage door. We had Michael repair a garage door in the past and he was such a pleasure to have do the repair that I asked for him by name for our recent repair. Once again, Michael did a great job and showed me the worn belt drive that was replaced and the corroded wiring that was also repaired. Called for a garage door repair appointment early afternoon and was told promptly that a service person would be arriving between 4 to 6 pm the same day. We were called shortly after 4 pm notifying us someone would be at our house in the next 45 minutes as well receiving a text with a bio of the repair person. He was friendly and promptly diagnosed the problem. The necessary part was on the truck, was replaced and all was explained to my satisfaction. Very pleased and offer my high praise for outstanding service.

My garage door was not closing properly and I called Precision Door. The person answering the phone was very kind and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for me within a three-hour time frame. I was lucky! Within thirty minutes, my technician, Jason Rodriguez, came and knew exactly what was happening. He was very professional and courteous! He fixed my problem within minutes and then checked my entire garage door and motor. He oiled everything and did a wonderful job! I was very satisfied with him and the entire process with Precision Door!!

My garage opener quit working and would not open. When the technician Jason R arrived he got to work right away troubleshooting. The circuit board in our unit was fried by an electrical surge. He replaced it and had it working in a jiffy. He explained in detail what happened and took the time to reset all of our remotes. He also provided instructions on how we could reset them after a battery failure. Excellent service!!
