I called Friday afternoon late because of a broken spring (Noon-emergency), and they were out Monday morning at 8:30. Replaced the springs, checked out the door and was gone by 9:00. That's service!!! I have used Precision Door in the past and always pleased.

From the initial call to the office to the completion of the repair, everything went so smoothly! Calling Precision for an appointment was easy peasy (they had my info from last time I used their services a decade ago). The technician Scott was punctual (actually an hour early! so refreshing!), professional, friendly, answered my questions about preventative work, explained the options for repairs and pricing within minutes and completed the job within an hour. Installed 2 torsion springs instead of 1, replaced old ball rollers with nylon rollers, replaced ends and center bearing brackets. Garage door is now so much quieter when opening and closing. Plus a 5-year warranty! Precision work indeed!
