The technician actually showed up a bit early - but called me first asking if that would be OK. Great communications! The technician was polite and knew the problem immediately. My appointment was to repair my garage door opener damaged by flood. Matt and Kevin actually showed up a few minutes early. The problem was identified and repaired quickly (they had replacement parts on their well stocked truck). They were both extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I am highly satisfied with the quality of the work performed and will use Precision Door for any future overhead door needs.

Jason called and showed up right on schedule, went to diagnosing the problem and fixing it professionally and timely. Not only did he fix the problem but basically "tuned up" the entire door system. Did not try to sell items that were not needed which shows professional customer service. I wish all service/repair companies were this professional and honest

My garage door would not open at 10 a.m. I was traveling out of country the next day at 4 a.m. So I called Precision Door, hoping I could get an appt same day. First: An actual human being answered the phone. Cudos! Second...the nice lady squeezed me in with Nathan, who was doing an install 40 minutes away. They arrived 30 min early, they were super nice and very professional, and finished the work expeditiously. Finally, my garage was cleaner when they left than when they got here. I can't speak more highly of Precision Door. I will always use them for my garage door needs. I think you should seriously consider them yourselves.

I had a broken door and figured I would have to wait till the next week to get someone out. Called on Thursday afternoon and the repair was completed just after lunch on Friday! Matt was not only on time but early! Assessed the situation and made a complete repair in no time. I couldn't be more satisfied! If I have any criticism, it's that Matt is an Ole Miss fan! Guess he can't help that! LOL!

Called for service for a broken garage door spring. Got and immediate appointment for 6-8 PM. Then Aaron called to say he could come earlier. By 10:30 AM it was fixed. How great is that? The repair cost was below my expectation. How really great is that?? This is a great company with which to do business. Aaron is an outstanding representative for your company and a 1st rate technician.
