Very satisfied with the repair by Precision Door Service. The technician, Jason, was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and made the necessary repairs. He did not attempt to sell me anything that was not needed and kept me informed about the progress. So glad I selected Precision. 10/5/2022

Michael was running late but courteous enough to call and advise. When he arrived, I was most impressed with his details on all of my options, very professional and hard to find these days! He was not busy selling just giving me the facts. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Your 2 technicians did an awesome job. Replaced 4 brackets, lubed them up, and changed settings on garage door motor so that it comes down so smooth/doesn't slam down. Very professional, and enjoyed speaking with both of them.

I called Precision Door at approximately 11 AM concerning my garage door would not open. At 12:15 John Bennett, Precision Door's technician arrived!! I was very much impressed with my call being expedited so quickly. Most service calls do not happen that quick. John noticed that I had a broken spring and he was able to replace the spring at a reasonable price. He had completed the job by 1:00PM. I was very impressed with John, his knowledge and work ethics. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any of your garage door needs

Best ratings. Many neighbors had gone with other installers and had to do major work within two years. I choose quality over quantity. They did not seem intent on selling extras or unnecessary parts. Extremely nice folks to work with.

When my garage door broke my neighbor told me that he had a very positive experience with Precision Door. Chris Hisaw came out and clearly explained what needed to be done and what my options were. When we needed it a bit earlier than what was available on the regular schedule, Chris arranged to come out with a crew to install the door even sooner. He and his crew were very efficient and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied. It's great to work with nice people who know their craft.

Chris came out and got us setup with an appointment for a new garage door, and install, for a stellar price. His customer service skills, and off the hip knowledge, made our decision easy during the estimate phase. This man is an asset to Precision! Need many more like Chris.????????????????
