We chose to go with Precision having used them in the past on a driveway entry gate that had given us many issues over the years. When our garage door decided to give us problems, there was no other company considered. The response was fast and service even faster. While I hope not to see the Precision team anytime soon, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again. Our technician, Michael, was very communicative and explained everything to us like the lay persons we are.

I picked your company because it was the first to appear in my search for a garage door repair company. I am extremely happy that I chose you all. The tech was at the house at 8 am! He was able to have everything done in 15 minutes. No replacements needed. He did an inspection and told us we will need to consider replacement of the motor in the future. The motor is 24 years old and they normally last about 20. He was fantastic.

Payton was great. Due to technology issues, I didn't get the call that he was on the way. I happened to open my phone and saw the message. My handyman was there and Payton was ready with estimates when I got home (10 minutes). We agreed on the work to be done, and he immediately fixed my garage door springs. Great service--plus I just called for an appointment yesterday and less than 24 hours later, I am happy to say my door is repaired and in great working order. Thanks Payton.
