Everything about my experience was great. Another company misdiagnosed the problem and just wanted to sell me a new system. After I ran them off, I called Precision. Brandon was friendly, professional and honest. Had the parts on his truck so the fix was quick and not too painful on the wallet. I've used them once before and will only use them from here on out!

My garage door was stuck when we went to open it yesterday morning. I looked up reviews on Google, and Precision had solid ones. I called at 8:30a on a Wednesday. By 10:45a a technician was here. He diagnosed my broken spring and the side panels not rolling correctly. By 12:15p my garage door was fixed, and no issues. I am very pleased and grateful for Precision's prompt and expert service.

My name is Andre H. My electrical swing gate went out during the storm on last week. I called a certain company to come out and get my gate operable again they said I needed about $2700.00 worth of work done, basically a new unit. I called Precision Garage door service for a 2nd opinion. Technician Jason Lyles came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the kind of gate door I had. It did not take him but 5minutes to diagnose the problem. My gate was working and swinging at command like it was before the storm. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and he was very very nice and explained the problem in a way that even i could understand. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Jason Lyles who is an absolute jewel in this company. Last but not least I saved thousands of dollars and of course I LOVVED that!!!!! My Technician, Roger Emmerson, Was Not Only On Time, Which Is Unusual, But ... He Called Way Early To Ask If He Could Come At That Time. I Was Pleased With His Early Arrival. He Went Straight To Work, Discovered The Problem In No Time Flat, Gave Me A Quote And Explained The Total Cost And How It Was Figured. He Then Asked If I Wanted To Have The Work Done Once I Agreed To Have The Work Done, And Agreed To The Cost, He Explained The Payment Options, Which I Appreciated Very Much. He Then Went To work To Do The Repair, And Checked Out Everything Else To See If There Was Any Other Issue That Needed To Be Considered. After Full Evaluation, He Informed Me That the Work Was Completed. I Chose To Pay By Debit Card, He Had Me Sign The Electronic Device, Thanked Me For My Business, And Insured Me That If Were A Problem At Any Time, I Should Feel Free To Contact The office. He Was The Most Polite And Efficient Worker That I Have Ever Experienced In My Home. You Should See That Roger Is Well Paid With Bonuses, And Even Promotions. Roger was so personal, polite and professional. I felt so comfortable with him and the excellent service he provided. I love how Precision lets you know who the technician is and of course the photo. By letting me know something about Roger was so easy for us to have a conversation about he and his wife's birthday coming up in September. As he mentioned New Orleans I spoke about them maybe trying the train ride instead of driving. We talked like old friends. He explained every detail of what was broken, the repair needed as well as 3 options of repair to choose. Your quick response in my service as well as BBB rating was awesome. I got up to go to my early morning workout on a Sunday morning and the spring on my garage door was broken. I could not even lift the door at all because without the help of the springs I could not budge it. I called Precision and they were very straight forward with me about the cost. It was not cheap but I am glad to have someone willing to come out on Sunday to fix it. They said they would be to me between 12 and 2 and Treston called at a little after 1 and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He fixed everything and replaced some other things as well to give me a warranty that would guarantee that as long as I live in my home they will fix any of the parts at no cost to me.
