Very pleased with your service. Technician did a good job of taking care of the repairs on our garage door. However I am disappointed that you would charge us almost $6 for fuel and a 3% charge for using a credit card. I think that is taking unfair advantage of your customers. There is sometimes a price for doing business!

I had the best technician come to my home to repair my garage. Mr. Payton Naylor showed me what caused the broken wires connected to the sensors of my garage. He explained the wires were damaged because they were chewed (by either a mouse/rat/or possum). I was speechless, and terrified of a possible Vermon in my garage. Mr. Naylor gave me solid suggestions on what I needed to do to prevent it from happening again. My garage had tons and tons of boxes and rugs and old stuff that need to be pulled away from the wall or thrown out, (perfect hiding places). After Mr. Naylor finished repairing the garage door, my son and I immediately started cleaning out my garage, and within an hour we found the guilty party -A POSSUM- hiding behind my hot water heater. You could have knock me over with a feather! It took a broom and a water hose, but we finally got it out of the garage. Thank you sooooo much Mr. Payton Naylor!!!!!

Everything about my experience was great. Another company misdiagnosed the problem and just wanted to sell me a new system. After I ran them off, I called Precision. Brandon was friendly, professional and honest. Had the parts on his truck so the fix was quick and not too painful on the wallet. I've used them once before and will only use them from here on out!

My garage door was stuck when we went to open it yesterday morning. I looked up reviews on Google, and Precision had solid ones. I called at 8:30a on a Wednesday. By 10:45a a technician was here. He diagnosed my broken spring and the side panels not rolling correctly. By 12:15p my garage door was fixed, and no issues. I am very pleased and grateful for Precision's prompt and expert service.

My name is Andre H. My electrical swing gate went out during the storm on last week. I called a certain company to come out and get my gate operable again they said I needed about $2700.00 worth of work done, basically a new unit. I called Precision Garage door service for a 2nd opinion. Technician Jason Lyles came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the kind of gate door I had. It did not take him but 5minutes to diagnose the problem. My gate was working and swinging at command like it was before the storm. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and he was very very nice and explained the problem in a way that even i could understand. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Jason Lyles who is an absolute jewel in this company. Last but not least I saved thousands of dollars and of course I LOVVED that!!!!! JASON YOU ROCK!!!!!

Just some of the best service I have received in a long time. The Tech was on time, smart, and efficient. If you find any more like him, send them to other businesses; they NEED help. Good help is hard to find and this young man was great.

My Technician, Roger Emmerson, Was Not Only On Time, Which Is Unusual, But ... He Called Way Early To Ask If He Could Come At That Time. I Was Pleased With His Early Arrival. He Went Straight To Work, Discovered The Problem In No Time Flat, Gave Me A Quote And Explained The Total Cost And How It Was Figured. He Then Asked If I Wanted To Have The Work Done Once I Agreed To Have The Work Done, And Agreed To The Cost, He Explained The Payment Options, Which I Appreciated Very Much. He Then Went To work To Do The Repair, And Checked Out Everything Else To See If There Was Any Other Issue That Needed To Be Considered. After Full Evaluation, He Informed Me That the Work Was Completed. I Chose To Pay By Debit Card, He Had Me Sign The Electronic Device, Thanked Me For My Business, And Insured Me That If Were A Problem At Any Time, I Should Feel Free To Contact The office. He Was The Most Polite And Efficient Worker That I Have Ever Experienced In My Home. You Should See That Roger Is Well Paid With Bonuses, And Even Promotions. I Would Consider Him An Excellent Employee In Every Aspect. Thank You, Roger, For Your Excellent Work!!!

Roger was so personal, polite and professional. I felt so comfortable with him and the excellent service he provided. I love how Precision lets you know who the technician is and of course the photo. By letting me know something about Roger was so easy for us to have a conversation about he and his wife's birthday coming up in September. As he mentioned New Orleans I spoke about them maybe trying the train ride instead of driving. We talked like old friends. He explained every detail of what was broken, the repair needed as well as 3 options of repair to choose. Your quick response in my service as well as BBB rating was awesome. I will definitely refer Precision to my family and friends. Great Service Precision!!

Return customer for repair to my security gate. The local staff was amazing. The remote telephone assistance and the schedulers could use some improvement. Overall, I was very VERY pleased with the local Memphis team. It is my understanding that the phones and scheduling is done out of state. The technicians went above and beyond to make sure that my needs and equipment was functioning and the repair was complete! Very professional and personable local employees made up for the difficulties with the call/scheduling center~

This morning we had the pleasure of meeting Payton Naylor, as he had been dispatched to resolve the issue of our broken garage door springs. He was friendly and professional and took care of the issue promptly and without delay. If you had more stars, I would have given them to him! We appreciate his professionalism and friendly manner. We have been customers of Precision for a very long time, and hopefully will continue this relationship in the future.

I got up to go to my early morning workout on a Sunday morning and the spring on my garage door was broken. I could not even lift the door at all because without the help of the springs I could not budge it. I called Precision and they were very straight forward with me about the cost. It was not cheap but I am glad to have someone willing to come out on Sunday to fix it. They said they would be to me between 12 and 2 and Treston called at a little after 1 and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He fixed everything and replaced some other things as well to give me a warranty that would guarantee that as long as I live in my home they will fix any of the parts at no cost to me. It was a great experience. Wayne Headley
