Since the first set of springs we had to have changed lasted 8 years & the second set (lower strength from a different company) only lasted 6 years, I decided to go with a complete replacement of all moving parts (NOT including door & opener), with the lifetime warranty, as we plan on being here until the end. Precision Door was recommended to me. I was exceptionally pleased with all the service I received. First, the staff worked me in the schedule. The gate sensors worked exactly as they were constructed to do. That is, stop instantly if anything touches the gate when it is moving. The issue was I did not know how to reset it.
