Wow! I could have been taken for a ride, but that won't happen when Jason comes out. He'll tell you everything you need to know so that you can make the correct decision for yourself. Due to his thoroughness and honesty, I won't have to go to Angie's List if I need anymore garage door service. Precision will be the one and only call I make.

I found Precision on Google search and noticed they had close to 5 star rating. They lady on the phone was very nice and courteous and my appointment was scheduled next day to repair my garage door. Nathan, the technician called to let me know he could be here early and once he go here, he informed me of the issue; gave me several options for repair; fixed everything in an hour and a half. Nathan was awesome and I would recommend Precision to my family and friends.

Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. Polite and very courteous. Did a great job. As a company, I would email a copy of invoice to customer once the installer returned to shop. Second, as a additional service level it would have helped to program my 2 cars sitting outside the garage as it took me almost 2 hours to figure out the system. This is what I call value added.

I was able to get a service call very quickly for an assessment of my garage door opener and then a replacement in advance of my scheduled appointment the next day. Precision Door Service sent out a guy named Kevin to fix our garage door (it's main spring had busted). He quickly fixed the garage door, but what really impressed me was his courtesy and professionalism. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and we loved our interaction with him. The door was fixed for a fair price, and it works perfectly now.
