My garage door spring broke last year. I called Precision and made an appointment. My door was repaired and I was offered an extended warranty after the repair was made. Now, 1 year later, I started experiencing a noise issue when closing the door. I called Precision, they sent an awesone tech by the name of Tyler. Tyler fixed my door and it works great. I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty and I greatly appreciate the great customer service Precision provided. From making the appointment to making the repair. I made the appointment on Monday, the repair was completed Turesday. Precision is a solid company with fantastic customer service.

An electric gate is the only entrance to our farm. As seniors, we decided to install on the gate a keypad with a code to be used only by various emergency services. Two companies were available in our area. One company gave us an estimate over the phone. The Precision Door Company tech came to our property, saw the gate, and gave us a price. We accepted his bid. He had the device in his truck and did the work immediately. I was not surprised with our experience with this company, as they have been in business for 25 years. The Precision bid WAS lower, but I'm pretty sure we would have accepted their bid even if higher, as dealing with them was exceedingly professional, courteous and timely.

Roger the technician was prompt and professional. He gave us the options between chain and belt drive and explained the difference in operation and price. He installed the new door operator properly and quickly than explained all of the features and how to use them. I called Precision today to request a service appointment for some issues with my garage door that they installed. The door works great, but racoons had chewed through the rubber seal at the bottom of the door and I couldn't get the camera to reconnect with the internet. They were able to schedule the appointment on the same day. The service specialist (Payton) was awesome. Payton resolved all of the issues quickly and he is a super nice guy. All of my experiences so far with Precision have been great.
