I called Precision today to request a service appointment for some issues with my garage door that they installed. The door works great, but racoons had chewed through the rubber seal at the bottom of the door and I couldn't get the camera to reconnect with the internet. They were able to schedule the appointment on the same day. The service specialist (Payton) was awesome. Payton resolved all of the issues quickly and he is a super nice guy. All of my experiences so far with Precision have been great.

Had my garage door opener replaced 3 times within a year, same problem kept popping up, tired of calling the service to correct the problem. Josh checked it out, nothing he could do to make it work correctly, I approached him about replacing it with something different, went with a unit that fit my needs, been a couple of months with no problems, great product, great technician, great company, would recommend you to anyone needing the service, thank you.

Roger the technician was prompt and professional. He gave us the options between chain and belt drive and explained the difference in operation and price. He installed the new door operator properly and quickly than explained all of the features and how to use them.
