I needed either repair for my very old garage door or a new opening system. I searched through reviews and ended up with precision doors. I am very happy with the choice. When Dillon arrived, he explained my options, installed a new system and made sue it all worked properly. Great system, great technician. Great company! Calling Precision for an appointment was easy peasy (they had my info from last time I used their services a decade ago). The technician Scott was punctual (actually an hour early! so refreshing!), professional, friendly, answered my questions about preventative work, explained the options for repairs and pricing within minutes and completed the job within an hour. Installed 2 torsion springs instead of 1, replaced old ball rollers with nylon rollers, replaced ends and center bearing brackets. Garage door is now so much quieter when opening and closing. Plus a 5-year warranty! Precision work indeed!

Just wow! That’s all I can say. Just under a year ago my automatic gate was not working. Last night when I came home, it stopped working again. I called them this morning. They were out this afternoon and because it was under a year, they replaced the part, fixed the gate and didn’t even charge the time to visit. I HIGHLY Recommend them!

This was great experience from the time I contacted PDS on Saturday to set up an appointment until the work was completed today, less than 48 hours later. I got confirmation emails and alerts to my technicians arrival. (He was actually a little early!). The technician, Matt McNatt, was professional and very thorough while he was here first describing what he would be doing and then performing the work. He answered all my questions. He even tried to help get my Genie opener set up on my home WiFi but unfortunately it is out of range of my signal. I am very pleased with all aspects of this repair and Matt especially. Couldn't recommend PDS more highly.
