Very satisfied with the service performed by Michael Falberg. Our appointment was for 12p-2p and he was there at 11:40 am. Michael checked the surroundings of the garage door and found the problem. He replaced the circuit board and we now have a working garage door. He was able to answer all the questions my wife had for him. :-) With the service provided we would recommend Precision rated 5 stars William Young

Just chose you out of the phone book after reading your ad. You seemed like a good choice to repair the garage door. The problem was with one of the sensors. Eric came out in a very timely manner. He was courteous and explained what was wrong. He repaired the door and let me know we might have to have work done in the future. He followed up with an email with quotes on different packages for future repair. He did a great job and we would recommend your company to others. Also liked the fact I could see who was coming to my house. These days you need to know those things. Thank you.
