My old opener began malfunctioning this morning. Called Precision to schedule an appointment. Same day appointment scheduled for 2-4pm. Received a call at 11:00 a representative is available to come out. Discussed the issue and I decided to go ahead and put a new belt drive unit in. Matt McNatt came right out and replaced the unit, checked every other area of my door, rollers, spring. Excellent response, excellent service, excellent representative. Waiting for spring and I will be replacing the door, spring and rollers.

Our experience with Precision Doors was excellent and top-notch from beginning to end. During the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, I could tell that Precision was all about customer service and that it would be a pleasure doing business with them. This was further shown through technician Nathan Burns. Nathan was on time (in fact arrived earlier than scheduled) and really took the time to explain what repairs were needed and why they were needed. Nathan completed the repairs quickly and even gave us recommendations on our other garage door. As stated earlier, the experience was great from beginning to end. We will use Precision for any future issues and will definitely recommend to others.

We called yesterday late afternoon as our garage door stopped working. Precision Door was able to give us an appointment for the next day at 10:00am, which was very quick. Updates and confirmations were provided throughout the morning. Ben called and said that he would be early and asked is this was OK. Great same day service provided after a spring broke on our 3rd car garage door. I called that morning and within 90 minutes they had a technician onsite identifying the issue and providing a quote. The broken spring was fixed within 45 minutes of arrival. Great communication through phone and text throughout the process made it easy. I don't have a good comparison on pricing versus other options, but the speed, quality and professionalism of service were excellent.

I didn't think fixing garage door on my 5 year old house would be on my to do list until the spring broke in 2 places. It was a tense moment for me just arriving home from work at 5:30pm. I had no clue who to call. I got online and searched. Precision door service popped up. After reading the good reviews I gave them a call. Anyway, to make it short, their technician, Ben White showed up. Very nice friendly guy. We charted briefly about family. He went to work and had my garage door working in about 40minutes. I was there while he was working. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He took time to answer all my questions about why and how the spring broke. And why the new spring he installed is better than the old one. I am glad I chose Precision doors. I will DEFINITELY recommend them. If there is a 6 star, you deserve it.

Wow! most impressed with the work to repair my garage door opener. Neat clean technicians who are knowledgeable and get the job done right. Door opener is an older one but no one even mentioned “maybe you need a new one”. They actually fixed it and I was happy. Their website is great and has all info you need. This is the first place to call when you need door service.

The wait time was quoted as 3 weeks and the replacement panels didn't arrive until 4 weeks. I recieved no call to advise me of a delay, instead I called in myself. When the panels were installed they were the wrong color. One week later they returned with the correct panel's and installed them. The installers were very Professional and Rick handled the problem immediately. All in all I would refer Precision to another home owner. Just keep better communication with the customer. Thanks
