The technician, Roger texted a really cool short bio which included his picture to let me know that he was on the way. Never seen that before, very nice and helpful. He even followed up with a call. Wow, fast, efficient, and fixed our problems. We knew we had a broken spring when we called yesterday. The scheduler set us up with an appointment today. Not only was our tech, Chris, on time, he actually called to see if he could come a bit earlier. Chris did a thorough analysis of our door and fully explained to us three options that we could pick from. We chose the middle level service, that included replacing our rollers and bottom brackets along with the springs. Chris went right to work and was done in no time. Our door now works better than ever. We are very pleased with the service we received and would readily recommend Precision Door.
