Garage door would not close shut. I call and made an appointment Monday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. The technician called and said he was available earlier that plan which made me more excited to get an earlier appointment. Casey the technician was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. I googled these guys on a Saturday morning and called because they advertised that I would speak to a live person. Local reviews listed for my area which I didn’t bother to read, I just picked up the phone to book their services. They offered a Sunday special, which I declined and they scheduled me for the upcoming week at my convenience. Tech had a cancellation in his schedule so he called me and Matt came right out diagnosed and fixed my problem. Super polite, professional and knowledgeable, problem resolved for a fare price.
