I spoke with three different representatives on the phone, and every one of them was friendly, professional, and helpful. When my garage door spring broke late at night, Precision was the only company that allowed me to schedule service online, so I booked a 2–4 pm appointment for the next day. Since it was a snowstorm weekend, I called early Saturday morning to see if an earlier visit was possible. To my surprise, Peyton Peabody arrived around 9:30 am, despite the heavy snow. From beginning to end, Peyton was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He clearly explained the problem, reviewed every repair options with me, and completed the work efficiently and thoroughly. Maintaining such high-quality service in freezing, snowy conditions is no easy task, and I truly appreciated his dedication. I am a hard-to-please customer for any product or service. Precision Door Service (especially Austin and Eric) provided an excellent solution! The scheduling was simple and an appointment was set for 8 am the next morning. Austin was early which is very much appreciated. Normally when service vendors provide a range I expect the worst case, but Precision is the exception. Two broken springs were the problem and Austin skillfully replaced both in about 15 minutes. Afterwards he answered questions about maintenance and replacement costs of components. The experience was great and my wife's car was freed from garage prison!
