Precision Door treated me with courtesy, and professional excellence. Tanner listened to my issues and was able to arrange a service call for the same day. Roger arrived on time at the beginning of my 2 hour window. He was courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable. He identified my problem and offered options for resolving my garage door problem. Precision Door will be my go-to for all of my door problems in the future, too.

Our garage door fell off the track. Precision Garage Door came out the same day. The scheduler was very nice. I received an email with the technician's name, photo and background before he arrived at my door. Roger explained the problem and did a great job fixing the door within an hour. Fair price. I am a hard-to-please customer for any product or service. Precision Door Service (especially Austin and Eric) provided an excellent solution! The scheduling was simple and an appointment was set for 8 am the next morning. Austin was early which is very much appreciated. Normally when service vendors provide a range I expect the worst case, but Precision is the exception. Two broken springs were the problem and Austin skillfully replaced both in about 15 minutes. Afterwards he answered questions about maintenance and replacement costs of components. The experience was great and my wife's car was freed from garage prison!

Called this morning at 8:15 expecting to hear it would be days to get my door fixed. The rep on the phone was awesome and told me someone could be here between 11-1 on the same day! Matt (service tech) called and said he was on his way….at 10 am!!! That is what you call quick service! He fixed what was broken in a jiffy! Could not have had a better experience with this group!!
