All I can say is that, they are great at what they do. Their rates were way better than I thought, and I had no problem with dishing out money to pay them. After speaking to other companies that did the same work, Precisions rates were way lower. I'm glad my wife found them, or I would have had to pay at least $300-$400 more than I should of to someone else..

Thank you for being so prompt. Eric explained the problem and also the three choices to fix it. He also explained what might have caused it. He and his partner went right to work, explaining what they were doing and finished the repair right away. Very polite and professional.

Garage door spring was broken. Did a google search and found Precision Door. The set appt for 6:00 pm and tech was here before me!! Great service. Very nice and quick. It's 6:45 and I'm laying in my bed. Thanks precision door for having the 6-8 appt timeslot and for being on time and at the front of that time window. :-)

TC was scheduled to arrive between 4:00-6:00pm, but actually called early to say he could arrive sooner if I wanted him to (which was great). He arrived, quickly accessed the spring situation, and made a quick repair. Very professional service, and the door works better than ever. Rick was very professional. Explained what the problem was and was needed to be done to correct it and also explained what happens with the torsion springs and the expectations of the new springs being installed. After the work was done, he ran the door a couple of times so that we could see the repair had been completed and working in proper order. Very positive experience and glad I took the recommendation from a friend to call Precision.

We had a garage door that was buckling all of a sudden and precision door sent someone out to our home on the same day as the problem occurred! They made my appointment over the phone and then followed up with an e-mail conformation of my appt. time, who my tech would be with a profile picture and a background summary..... pretty impressive! Our tech was very thorough and professional..... totally recommend this company!
