I hear a lot about todays service employees not being trained right on skills needed when dealing with customers resulting in success- mostly directed at the younger employee. Skills like pre-arrival call, on time arrival, in a clean vehicle, clean neat uniform, introduction, let the customer explain the problem, show the customer why the problem exists, explain the plan to fix the problem, and then go about doing it and testing the fix in front of the customer,. Aron represents your company well- a clean cut, intelligent, skilled employee who takes pride in his job, desires customer satisfaction, and makes himself available for review. I called at 7:38pm after a cable broke. I could not raise nor lower the door, so I could not get my cars out of the garage. Rick arrived at 9:00pm...that's right...9 o'clock at night and repaired my door. I ordered a new door and opener on the spot since my old one was over 30 year old. I could not be happier with the service I received. Outstanding!

I would definitely use Precision again when needed. I called them at 8am, they arrived at 8:45, and were done by 9:45... I can not remember the technicians name, but he was professional and explained everthing thoroughly. Good to know there are good companies that still exist!!

Outstanding service! I called in the morning and received a same day appointment. I was given a two Hour window. Michael called ahead of time and asked if it was ok to come over because it the time was earlier. This worked out great. After he arrived he explained the procedures/pricing. After losing a spring, Precision came out last Fall and did an excellent job replacing parts and installing a whole new garage door kit... springs, rollers, cable, etc. Last week, the door suddenly came off the track and was hanging open. I immediately called Precision and was happy to hear they could come out that day. Not only did they quote me a time frame that began 2.5 hours from the time of my call, but the technician had been in the area and was at my house 30 minutes later! Matt was great, realigning and adjusting everything until he and I were both satisfied that the door was operating smoothly and even quieter than before. The best part was that it was covered by the warranty that came with the initial kit I purchased.... so no additional cost. Very happy with Precision and the fact that they stand behind their work. Would definitely recommend!
