Service was great! Payton called before he showed up and was here between times I was told. Very polite & attentive. Diagnosed the problem and presented me with 3 options on what he could do to fix it. #1.Springs only. #2. Springs and roller bearings. #3. All with lifetime warranty. I picked #2 and he went to work. Took about an hour and he explained everything he done. Thanks!!

They installed my garage doors and was very pleased. I had a problem with the door , which is years later. When I called them on Sunday they were out within a hour to help me, so I wouldn't have to leave it up. John Pugh was very helpful and explained everything to me. Matt was the service tech. Matt phoned to say he was in the area and could move my scheduled appt earlier, I was thrilled! Matt arrived, (a very nice man) and replaced my rollers and lubricated the springs, chain and rollers. The garage door is smoother and less noisy. I also have Matt scheduled for the replacement of the rubber gasket thing at the bottom of my door.
