Michael immediately identified the problem with our safety sensors (wiring that had become damaged) and fixed that. We had accidentally erased the programming while trying to figure out what was wrong with the opener, and he reset all the remote openers while he was here. Fast, efficient, and polite.

John was awesome. Service was fast and extremely professional. I was off work today and called to get a quote on two broken overhead door springs. John arrived shortly , gave me a quote on repairs and said I can get started right away and have you up and running right away. Also, my garage door opener unit is old, John gave me a quote on the as well. I will be calling Precision and requesting John to take care of that job as well.

Scott was the technician who was assigned our case. He arrived on time and within a short time diagnosed the issue. His van was equipped with a new part and within minutes the issue was solved. Precision Doors sent a message to my phone with Scott's picture, plus an email, and Scott called as well saying when he would arrive. Very courteous and professional service. I will be sure to call Precision Door again if problems with my garage doors. happen again.

My goodness, Jason, did an outstanding job of evaluating and servicing my garage door. He not only took care of the issues, he explained the reasons for the problems. Then he advised me on how to do regular lubricating of the rollers, hinges and spring. He advised moving tools that could damage the wiring or fall into the track and damage the door, requiring replacement. He was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. I will definitely contact Precision Door for any future concerns. THANK YOU!

Someone answered the phone on Sunday and we got on the chart for early the next day. John (technician) was pleasant, told the cost for the repair and what other areas we might want to look at and completed the work faster than the time he estimated. Great service
