Showed me the garage door boot (rubber flap on door’s bottom. It had dried and was brittle. With my concurrence, he replaced the boot. I had Precision Door Service come out because my landlord mentioned the garage door had previously opened on its own. The technician, Roger Emmerson, was extremely professional and thorough. He inspected the motor, wall button, wiring, and overall system and explained everything clearly. The opener is only a few years old and he didn’t find anything wrong. Instead of trying to sell me repairs I didn’t need, he was honest and said he didn’t feel right charging me for the visit. That level of integrity really stood out. Roger took the time to explain possible causes, answered all my questions, and told me to call back if anything happens in the future. Great customer service and professionalism. I went to Precision Door and entered a service call late at night as a garage door would not open. I was sent a text saying the technicians would arrive around 11:30am. Payton and Brian arrived on time. After taking a few moments, they discovered the spring had broken. They replaced the spring and bearings on each end. After installation was complete, they checked other doors for possible repair. They were deemed all right at this time, and I opted not to do any more repair. Payton and Brian were very professional and courteous. I asked Payton to set up our phones to monitors the doors and this was done. With the cameras we can now know when a door is open and if someone is in the garage. Great team and wonderful experience. Any garage door problems I will call Precision Door.

Sunday night the garage spring broke. Went online to find someone to repair. After researching and recommendation from our son. I decided on Precision. Got on their website chat an appointment between 2-4 Monday. Dillon Kirby called at 8:45am and said he was close by if we were available now. Dillon was here by 9 and explained what our options were and gave us a price. We elected to go with 2 springs instead of 1. Now, if a spring was to break, at least I could get the door open. Dillon was very fast and professional. Gave me some great advice for future service. He was completely done before 10. Awesome job. I forget to ask for the military discount, but will for next time.
