Aaron arrived early and explained what all needed to be repaired. He was polite to my parents and provided excellent service. I really appreciated the text explaining who was coming and they also gave a little background about him. That was something new from a company and we really appreciated it. Nobody else does that. We will always use Precision Door for our garage door needs.

Technician, Logan, was here and finished prior to the scheduled appointment time. It did not take him long to determine the cause of the noise when door opening and closing. He corrected the problem and left, No Charge. He had on a Uniform shirt with his name and company logo. In this day and time, that is appreciated. We love doing business with this company as their prices are good and you can get them out pretty quickly for any service needed.

Technician replaced the wall buttons that controlled the doors. He identified the problem on the first visit, ordered the parts, came back when he said he would and quickly made the repair. He went a step further when one of the doors still didn't work right and found a second problem in the wiring by one of the electric eyes. Great, friendly, and timely service.

I had service scheduled to replace door springs for 6:00 to 8:00 on same day I called Precision Door.The technician Aaron called and said he come make it early,he arrived at 4:45 and had completed the job by 5:15.He was very professional and courteous.He did an excellent job.I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to them. Prompt arrival for appointment, and thorough assessment of condition of existing equipment. Replaced old. Garage door opener a new ‘battery back up’ belt drive model; was professional, quick, thorough and clean. All remotes were programmed and operation of the unit explained including warranties. Jason just replaced a broken spring. We had bought the lifetime warranty when we replaced our door11 years ago. Jason added some missing screws on the door hinges and did a great replacing the springs at no charge. Great service!

Our old Lift Master finally gave out. Found Precision on the Internet, gave'em a call and next day Ben came out. He took a look to see if he could fix the Lift Master but being so old, to replace all the parts it needed it just made since to install a new opener. Ben was on time, real nice, explained everything in detail, made the install and was very through in his paper work. Precision has great customer service and I'd recommend them if you need garage door service. A+ service!!

I absolutely recommend calling Precision for your garage needs. When I called, they quickly had a tech out the next day, Michael, who was able to easily identify the problem and provide several solutions to fix it. Ultimately I decided to go with a new garage door motor and track rail. Michael took care of everything and was back out to install it by the end of the week. In about an hour, everything was up and running and I love my new opener. It’s so quiet and smooth compared to the previous original 20+ yr old motor. And the price was very in line to other competitors but I felt like Precision would do the job right the first time and at the best value. They haven’t let me down yet and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a some help with a garage door!
