Matt was the service tech. Matt phoned to say he was in the area and could move my scheduled appt earlier, I was thrilled! Matt arrived, (a very nice man) and replaced my rollers and lubricated the springs, chain and rollers. The garage door is smoother and less noisy. I also have Matt scheduled for the replacement of the rubber gasket thing at the bottom of my door. Michael immediately identified the problem with our safety sensors (wiring that had become damaged) and fixed that. We had accidentally erased the programming while trying to figure out what was wrong with the opener, and he reset all the remote openers while he was here. Fast, efficient, and polite.
