Great follow-up by PDS! Very impressed with the "minor" but loud noise that my door was making. Called on Monday set up appt for Wednesday and Ben showed up and sploved the problem and gave me instructions if it happen again! Thank You! PS - Alliana wanted to make sure that PDS solved my problem!

Ben and Joe did a Great Job! They called first and was ahead of the appointment window. Garage door is working better than it did 20 years ago when we bought our home. Both my wife and I are amazed at the new "QUITE" of the new installed parts, rollers and springs (2). We really like the lifetime guarantee! We had Precision Door install a new spring in 2004. At the time, they recommended 2 springs (one on either side of the opening chain. We only had one.) They said it would last longer. Our first spring lasted 9 years. The one they installed lasted 13 years. It broke yesterday. They were out today and since I had my receipt from 2004, every thing was covered and they said it was a better spring to boot!! Very satisfied!!

5 Stars After not receiving call backs from 2 other companies I called Precision and the came out the same day. Outlined my options for replacing spring and other old parts. No pressure. Honest and friendly. Was there for about 1-2 hrs. After he left I thought I heard something in the opener motor I had not noticed before. I called and he said he would come by when nearby to check it out. Two days later he called and came by and proceeded to take the motor gears apart. Noticed some normal wear and tear which was causing the small noise. He advised against making any repair and that it was also safe as it was. No charge for 30 min. Again honest and no pressure. Would definitely call them again. Shout out to Rick and Aaron.
