Arrived ahead of scheduled time. Introduced himself as a representative of Precision Overhead Garage Door service. Was properly dressed in the company uniform, and came prepared to get right to work. Was knowledgable of the door system he was working with and efficiently corrected the problems. All work and potential problems were discussed in detail and an estimate was given in advance for work that would be needed for my garage door. Kudos for a great job.

Precision has always been my go to company! They have done repairs as well as recently installed a new belt drive. Michael and Aaron were both fantastic. They quickly identified the issues, repaired or explained solutions, repaired and/or installed necessary parts. Aaron not only explained the indoor and outdoor controls, but he was also kind enough to help me program my phone and car openers. I highly recommend this company

Loved the fast service. They were here within a few hours and even stayed to install new system for us that night. Technician explained everything that was causing problems. The torsion spring snapped on our garage door yesterday. We tried calling service companies to schedule a repair and got voicemails (still not returned). Gave Precision a call and spoke with a human! My wife scheduled next day service, but when they found out her car was stuck in the garage, they scheduled an appt last night. Michael F was professional and creative (repairs were more extensive than just the spring), and I ended up the happiest customer ever! They are the ONLY company I would recommend.

Matt & Tim are great! Replaced my door spring in 30 minutes. I had purchased the rebuild package a few years ago. So my new spring is no charge this time. And they aslo adjusted my door frame for free. Now my door runs smoother then before. GRRAT SERVICE!
