I was very pleased with the technician, Aaron. He fixed the garage door and tighten, oiled, etc. very thorough. I was impressed with the clear pricing and explanation of choices. No pressure, just information that I could use to make decisions going forward. Overall a very good experience!

Arrived ahead of scheduled time. Introduced himself as a representative of Precision Overhead Garage Door service. Was properly dressed in the company uniform, and came prepared to get right to work. Was knowledgable of the door system he was working with and efficiently corrected the problems. All work and potential problems were discussed in detail and an estimate was given in advance for work that would be needed for my garage door. Kudos for a great job.

Precision has always been my go to company! They have done repairs as well as recently installed a new belt drive. Michael and Aaron were both fantastic. They quickly identified the issues, repaired or explained solutions, repaired and/or installed necessary parts. Aaron not only explained the indoor and outdoor controls, but he was also kind enough to help me program my phone and car openers. I highly recommend this company
